Precautions for use of air duct heater

The power supply for the air duct heater is introduced from the contactor in the main power control box, and the user can design the circuit according to his actual needs, so as to control it. Air duct heater is a kind of electric heater. When using this kind of electric heater, we should pay attention to the following items:

1. Although this kind of electric heater has the function of thermal protector, it can automatically cut off the power in case of any situation, but this function is only limited to the case of wind in the air duct, so in other cases, attention should be paid to prevent the heater from accidents, thus causing damage to it.

2. Before heating the air duct heater, check the relevant components to see if they are in normal working condition.

3. For the power supply of the air duct heater, its voltage shall be equal to that of the electric heater, and the electric heater can only be put into use if the connection between the electric heater provided separately and the control circuit is correct.

4. Before using the electric heater, check all wiring terminals to see if they are tight. If they are loose, fasten them. Do a good job of grounding to ensure the safe operation of the electric heater.

5. The air inlet of the electric heater of the air duct heater shall be equipped with a filter screen to prevent foreign matters from entering the electric heating pipe, thus damaging the electric heating pipe and affecting the service life of the electric heater. In addition, the filter screen should be cleaned regularly. The terminal device shall have a space distance of not less than 1 m, so as to facilitate maintenance.
