Brief introduction of heat transfer oil boiler: Based on the design idea of forced circulation, the once through boiler is developed. Generally, coal, oil and steam are used as fuel, heat conducting oil is used as medium, hot oil circulating oil pump is used to force the medium to carry out liquid-phase circulation, heat energy is transmitted to the heating equipment and then returned to the heating furnace for reheating, which can obtain high working temperature under low pressure and control the medium operation with high precision. The utility model has the advantages of high heat utilization rate, convenient operation and maintenance, the heat supply of the new generation circulation is connected with the atmosphere, the service life of the boiler can be extended, and the heat supply by liquid-phase or gas-phase transmission can be extended. Heat transfer oil heating furnace, hot oil circulation, inlet and outlet differential pressure shall be kept at a constant value under normal operation. The main reasons for the change of differential pressure (P) are as follows. (1) The boiler tube of gas-fired heat-transfer oil boiler is coking and blocking P rises. (2) The heat transfer oil flow of gas-fired heat transfer oil boiler decreases P, and vice versa. (3) The oil transfer line at the outlet of the gas-fired heat-transfer oil boiler is blocked, P decreases, and the total pressure rises (pump outlet). (4) The furnace temperature of gas-fired heat transfer oil boiler rises suddenly, P rises, and vice versa. (5) The hot oil circulating pump of the gas-fired heat-transfer oil boiler does not supply oil, P decreases, and the total pressure returns to zero.
The difference between the ordinary boiler and our energy storage boiler is that the internal part of the ordinary electric boiler is generally electric heating wire or electric heating pipe, and there is no solid alloy material for heat storage. Energy storage electric boiler also has sufficient boiler output, no matter heating or heating water, it is easy to do, but also can greatly reduce unnecessary heat loss of boiler system, with the characteristics of environmental protection, energy saving and high safety.
