The water separator is a device that divides one way of water inlet into several ways of output through a container, while the water collector is a device that outputs multiple ways of water inlet through one way of a container. It manages several branch pipelines, including return branch and water supply branch, which are made of steel plate, and it needs to install pressure gauge and thermometer. On the one hand, it distributes the water flow of the main pipe according to the needs to ensure that the flow of the branch loop in each area meets the needs of the load. On the other hand, it collects the water flow of each branch loop and inputs it into the main pipe of the return water to realize the circulation operation. Its return water reuse can achieve more energy-saving effect and meet the needs of heating and cooling at the same time

Structure:

Generally, the water separator is mainly composed of water separator, water collector and fixed bracket.

The diameter and length of the water collector, the number and size of the water inlet and outlet of the water collector, the working pressure of the water collector, and the material of the water collector can be customized according to the user's requirements.

Functions of water separator and water collector:

1. The function of the water separator is to separate the hot water from the heat source into the pipes laid by the ground radiant heating system of each road, so as to realize the purpose of room heating and temperature regulation.

2. The water collector is a device that collects the low-temperature water in each path after separate heat dissipation and then returns to the main return water system.

Several principles should be paid attention to in the design of water collector and distributor:

1. Production requirements and material selection of water separator and water collector. The water separator and water collector are made of seamless steel pipe. The thickness of the selected pipe wall and head plate as well as the welding method shall be determined according to the pressure resistance requirements. When the capacity exceeds 0.1m3 and the working pressure exceeds 0.1MPa, it shall be made by a qualified special unit.

2. The principle of determining the diameter of the water collector and separator is to control the flow rate of the water when it passes at about 0.5-0.8ms

3. Several pipe joints of different pipe diameters are welded on the water collector according to the design requirements,

4. The bottom of the water separator and the water collector shall be equipped with a drain pipe interface, generally DG40.
