Description:
The decontaminator is a kind of component widely used in petrochemical process pipeline. The first function is to prevent impurities in the pipeline medium from entering the transmission equipment or precision parts, so as to cause production failure or affect product quality. The decontaminator is installed on the main water supply pipe at the user's inlet, as well as the inlet of heat source (cold source), heating (cold) equipment, water pump and regulating valve. Its structure includes Y-type cleaner, cone-shaped cleaner, right angle cleaner and high-pressure cleaner. Its main materials are carbon steel, stainless acid resistant steel, manganese vanadium steel, cast iron and malleable cast iron. The internal filter screen has copper mesh and stainless acid resistant steel wire mesh.
Generally, the decontaminator shall be set in front of the inlet pressure regulating device of the heating system or the inlet of each equipment. The straight through type dirt remover is installed on the horizontal pipeline, and the angle type dirt remover can be installed on the right angle turning pipeline. The installation direction of the arrow on the shell must be consistent with the water flow direction. Regular blowdown shall be conducted during operation.
This separator can purify the water in system. The life and efficiency of a heating or cooling system are greatly dependent on the quality of the system water. Air and dirt problems cause frequent breakdowns and increased customer complaints. Corrosion, cavitation, and component wear are consequences of air-saturated, dirty system water.
Structure:
According to the national standard drawing R406, the structure of the dirt remover can be divided into three types: horizontal straight through dirt remover, horizontal angle through dirt remover and vertical straight through dirt remover. The features of the cleaner are that the filter screen is improved from the galvanized wire mesh specified in the original standard drawing to a special stainless steel filter screen. In the decontamination device, the water flows into the cylinder from the water inlet, and the water filtered by the filter screen flows out from the water outlet, and the dirt settles at the bottom of the decontamination device and is discharged through blowdown.

Product Application:

How to use Dirt Separator:
1. During normal operation, we need to open the inlet and outlet valves, close the drain valve.
2. Open the sewage drain valve until the outflow of clean water.
3. After completing the sewage , you can close the drain valve at the outlet.
4.When lack of sewage pressure, you can close the valve at the outlet.
5. You should pay attention to the direction of flow when installing the pipe.
6. Spare the operating space for operator. Since the device is without moving parts, that is, no need to maintenance equipment,
But you need to maintain a stable entry load, the drain valve opening and closing force uniform. Avoid man-made damage.
Dirt Separator Installation Notes:
